This tool can be used to get the protein translate of a DNA sequence. Submit the DNA sequence in raw or FASTA format and select the format of the protein translate required. Note: In case a multifasta file is submitted only the first sequence is taken. All non ATGC characters will be removed from the sequence prior to extraction.
