This tool can be used to extract a region of interest from any DNA sequence. Submit the DNA sequence in raw or FASTA format along with the coordinates of the region you want to extract. Note: In case multifasta is submitted only the first sequence is taken. All non ATGC characters will be removed from the sequence prior to extraction.
